How your order is processed, packed and delivered.

Processing time

In-stock items are packed and dispatched after order confirmation. Made-to-order sets take longer, and we confirm the timeline with you before payment.

Orders placed on a working day are usually confirmed the same day over WhatsApp or phone, and we tell you the exact dispatch date for your item when we confirm.

Delivery timelines & charges

We ship across India through courier partners, and the delivery estimate and shipping charge depend on your pin code and the item you order. Message us on WhatsApp with your pin code and the product name, and we confirm the delivery window and charge before you pay.

Tracking

Once dispatched, we share tracking details on the phone number or email used for the order. If tracking has not arrived, message us and we will follow up with the courier.

Delays

Festive weeks and courier disruptions can add time. During Navratri we recommend ordering well ahead of the date you need the outfit.
